The University of Winchester Chapel and Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts have both been shortlisted for RICS Awards 2018. The renovation and extension of the University of Winchester’s Victorian Chapel was refurbished and extended to mark the institution’s 175th anniversary and is shortlisted in the RICS South-East Conservation category, while our refurbishment of Lighthouse, part-funded by grants from the Arts Council and Poole Borough Council with the remainder raised by the Love Lighthouse fundraising campaign, makes the shortlist in the RICS South-West Community Benefit category.
Winners will be announced at ceremonies in Oxford on 9th May and Bristol on 17th May.
