Corey graduated from The University of Portsmouth in 2016 – (BA Hons – Architecture), then Oxford Brooke’s with his more recent master’s degree in 2019 (MArchD – Architecture). He joined Design Engine as an intermediate Part II to pursue his ambition of designing sustainable and innovative architecture.
Prior to Design Engine, Corey worked in a small rural Architectural practice in Bicester for his Part I, focusing on elements of planning, surveying and residential/commercial design. Once Part II qualified, he then moved onto a larger practice which focused on educational typologies, where he gained a wealth of technical knowledge along the way, some of which includes – BIM competency and delivering multiple stage 3/4 projects through to construction and onwards with his team. Corey has a passion for sustainable, modern architecture and is naturally a conceptual person, so enjoys exploring this in his spare time as well as this being fostered in academia and architectural practice.
Since joining DE in 2021, he has fully immersed himself into the Guernsey Institute scheme, gaining full exposure towards the earlier stages of conceptual design and ongoing developed phases.
Corey looks forward to a bright and ambitious future with Design Engine Architects, whilst pursuing his Part 3 qualification to become a chartered architect.
