Main contractor Stepnell has started construction work on the new hotel and woodland lodges at the privately owned Feldon Valley in the Cotswolds. The projects are part of a masterplan consisting of new build and refurbishment works, all due for completion in Spring 2018 along with extensive landscaping. The first phase, a new green keeping and staff welfare building, was completed in May this year as an enabling project to turn the old greenkeeping area into an ecology island.
